ASAAP (ASA-100) Accreditation Program Fees

Initial Accreditation Program: First time participants will be audited first with an offsite document review and once successful closed, an initial onsite audit will be schedule. Following a successfully closed initial audit, the audit program requires two surveillance audits normally set between 8-11 months and 20-23 months from accreditation date. Standard audit scheduling may be changed, for example due to audit outcome, changes in QMS. 

  • Initial Audit, Stage 1: 1/2 day remote audit
  • Initial Audit, Stage 2: 1 day per location onsite audit
  • Surveillance 1: 1 day per location onsite audit
  • Surveillance 2: 1 day per location onsite audit
  • Documentation Audit: 1/2 day remote audit

Reaccreditation Program: Following the initial accreditation term, subsequent accreditation terms are called reaccreditation cycles. Companies shall have at minimum one surveillance during the reaccreditation cycle. ASA shall determine the number of surveillance audits based on audit performance, setting either one or two surveillance audits during the accreditation term.  

  • Reaccreditation: 1 day per location onsite audit
  • Surveillance 1: 1 day per location onsite audit
  • Documentation Audit: 1/2 day remote audit

Travel expenses: Actual travel expenses shall be billed to clients, terms for payment are net 30 days. No discounts shall be applied to expenses.

Member Discounts: Option to include a pre-accreditation audit at no additional charge, overall pricing discounts, and payment terms (all discounts are detailed below). 

Companies do not have to be an ASA Member to participate in the ASA-100 Program, however ASA offers discounts to member organizations.
