2025 - July | Bel Air Aviation - Johannesburg, South Africa | Open

Bel Air Aviation has unlawfully altered an ASA-100 Certificate and an ASACB Certificate, citing certification to ISO 9001:2015 and AS9120B. The ASA-100 Certificate had the company name spelled incorrectly as BEL AIR AVITATION. Bel Air Aviation is also illegally using the ASACB logo on their Proforma Invoice. They have not been audited by an ASA-100 auditor or an ASACB auditor and are not authorized to use the ASACB logo.

Aviation Spare Parts AV has unlawfully made the following statement to a client in Estonia via email, “Please note if a payment is done today you will definitely receive the ASA-100 Certificate with Original Hand in Copy by post Next Week Tuesday.” Aviation Spare Parts AV is not authorized to conduct ASA-100 Audits or provide ASA-100 Certificates.

Aeromilitech is Illegally displaying the ASA Member Logo on their website under their home and quality pages and on their website footer. They also mention ASA Membership on the "Who We Are" page. Aeromiliech is no longer a current member and has not been since May 2025. Additionally, they state they are AC 00-56 Accredited through the TAC-2000 Quality System Standard which is no longer recognized as a valid standard in the FAA AC 00-56 Advisory Circular

Cronus International is illegally using the ASA-100 Logo in their email signature. Cronus International is not an ASA-100 Accredited Company and has never participated in the ASAAP Program. They have also falsified an EKOL Belgelendirme Sirketi Certificate noting that their management system meets "ASA-100 Aviation Trade Association Compliance Standard." Cronus International is also not an ASA member and never has been.
