Register Now for the upcoming Continuing Education Workshops! These one-day workshops focus on Export, Regulations, and current “hot” topics in the industry. The agenda is also available on the website.

New Unapproved Parts Notifications
Three Unapproved Parts Notifications have been released:
- Frank Rogers, located in Bellevue, WA – Selling of aircraft parts without FAA approval.
- Chelton Avionics, Inc. (dba Wulfsberg Electronics Division), located in Prescott, AZ – Sold parts without FAA approval.
- Aviation Communication and Surveillance Systems (ACSS) in Phoenix, AZ – Manufactured and sold nonconforming avionics components.
Fraud Alert – Team Airline Support – San Diego, CA
ASA sent out a Fraud Alert last week regarding Team Airline Support and their fraudulent use of the ASA Member Certificate and falsification of an ASA-100 Audit Report. ASA has begun the process of taking legal action against this company. They are not an ASA Member nor have they ever been audited by ASA.
ASA maintains a list of companies illegally using our logos or making misleading statements. Click here to view this list.

2012 Edward J. Glueckler Award Winner – Chris Anderson
At the ASA Annual Conference in June, we announced Chris Anderson, MidAmerican Aerospace, Ltd., as the winner of the 2012 Edward J. Glueckler Award. Chris was selected due to his leadership on the ASA Quality Committee, his active promotion of aviation safety with various government agencies, and his work within the industry to mentor future quality personnel.
ASA Annual Conference
