Word of Caution
ASA has noticed a rise in calls regarding commercial transactions gone awry. Review your procedures for approving customers and vendors. There has not been one set of facts, but instead issues with commercial terms not covering RMA terms, prepayment for a part and either the part not arriving or arriving too late for the sale.

Misuse of ASA Trademark – 2 Companies Added*
ASA recognizes the value of ASA’s logos for users, and ASA actively protects the Association name and benefits given to its members. There are three different logos, all of which are trademarked: ASA Membership, ASA-100 Accreditation and ASACB. If you see any company using one of ASA's logos illegally, please report them to us and we will determine the best course of action. In addition to checking the Member Directory and ASA-100 list, please visit the Illegal Use of Logo page if you have questions about a company claiming affiliation to ASA.
