ASA Affiliation with Collections Agency
It has been brought to ASA’s attention that there may be several collections agencies and law firms that do collections work calling ASA members and claiming endorsement by ASA. There is only one collections agency that ASA has a partnership with, and that is C2C Resources, LLC. This partnership offers ASA members C2C’s debt collection services at a discounted rate. You may receive a call or email from Sven Nelson regarding this offer.
Clearly if you receive a call from a company other than C2C Resources, LLC and they tell you that ASA has endorsed them please let ASA know immediately. Just because ASA has not endorsed a company does not mean the company is not qualified for the work, however it does mean if they tell you they are endorsed by ASA then you know they are making a fraudulent statement.

Misuse of ASA Trademark – Flight Product Center, Inc. Has Been Added*
ASA recognizes the value of ASA’s logos for users, and ASA actively protects the Association name and benefits given to its members. There are three different logos, all of which are trademarked: ASA Membership, ASA-100 Accreditation and ASACB. If you see any company using one of ASA's logos illegally, please report them to us and we will determine the best course of action. In addition to checking the Member Directory and ASA-100 list, please visit the Illegal Use of Logo page if you have questions about a company claiming affiliation to ASA.

New Unapproved Parts Notifications
Two new Unapproved Parts Notification have been released:
- Aircraft Engines, CF34-10E, Experimental Serial numbers 994-101 and 994-103. Manufactured by General Electric Company and produced without FAA approval.
- MacLean Sky, located in Commerce, CA – Manufactured and sold aircraft bolts without FAA Approval.

Unique URL’s on ASA Website for Members
ASA is now offering members the option of having a unique URL linked to their listing in the Membership Directory. For more information and to get your company’s unique URL, contact Dawn Carberry.
ASA is an Accredited Registrar for AS9100 and AS9120
ASA, using the trade name ASACB, is now accredited to conduct AS9100 and AS9120 audits. ASACB’s accreditation is through ANAB and allows ASACB to issue accredited certificates for AS9100 and AS9120 which, among many things, means that the audit results and certificates will be listed in the IAQG OASIS database. If you are interested in an AS9100, AS9120, ISO 9001 or ASA-100 audit, contact the group that knows the aerospace and distribution industry – ASA!
