20 Year Anniversary:
November
2016 marks 20 years of Distributors Stepping Up and Becoming Accredited
November 22, 2016 was the date the first
distributors became accredited. Over the
past 20 years that list has grown to 733 facilities, covering the world. There
was no forced regulations; just a voluntary program created by distributors,
industry and the FAA. The program is global and as we have discussed has been
the basis for other oversight programs. ASA members have always lead the effort
to make distributors better business partners and insure that the parts supply
chain is safe.
