Call for Nominations for ASA Board of Directors:
Interested in being on the Board of Directors? Know a person who you think would represent ASA and the industry well? Nominations are open for the Board of Directors.
Any person who works for a regular ASA member that is in good standing is eligible for the Board of Directors. The position is for 2 years. There are quarterly meetings held at various locations mostly domestic US but have held in Canada and Europe. Goal is to hold the meetings in an aerospace hub, near Directors’ facilities and/or commonly attended industry meetings. There are conference calls throughout the year, as needed. All costs associated with attending the quarterly meetings are borne by the Director.
If you are interested in being a Director or would like to nominate a person for the position, complete the nomination survey. Call for nominations will be open from July 16, 2018 through August 8, 2018. Election Ballots will be emailed and will be accepted from August 10, 2018, through 3:00 pm eastern on August 30, 2018.
Fourth quarter Board of Directors meeting will be held in Montreal Canada on Friday November 2, 2018.
The election will be for three Board positions currently held by Lee Kapel (TSI Aviation), Brent Webb (CAVU Aerospace) and Mitch Weinberg (International Aircraft Associates).

Additional Hazmat Training | Sep 19-20 | Webinar
ASA Members are eligible for discounted rates for
initial or recurrent (web-based) Hazmat Training to be held September 19-20,
2018. Please use this link for rate
and registration information. This
web-based training is offered to better suit your company’s business needs and
schedule. Recurrent trainees will attend for half a day and be able to work
half a day. Initial trainees (first time participants) will work two full days.
