This presentation will discuss connecting all employees in aviation-based organizations to Strategy and Culture. It will cover the connection of employees to strategy through outcome-based performance requirements. It will also cover how each employee’s application of cultural elements can make the organization measurably better. Every for-profit organization strives to get great results in the categories of safety, customer experience (quality, delivery, ease of doing business. etc.) and profitability. This presentation will cover tying all of these elements into one business management operating system.
