Hotel Reservations: June 1st Cutoff for ASA Rate (subject to availability each night)

The ASA room block is sold out on several nights throughout the conference dates. Based on availability, the hotel has rooms outside of the ASA block on the other nights, but the room rate cannot be guaranteed. With the addition of rooms, changes, and cancellations, if you have not made a reservation yet please do so now! All conference educational events and meals will take place at the Grand Hyatt Seattle hotel. The room block rate is $175 all nights (including wired-for-business in-room internet) for single/double occupancy. There is no room block rate guarantee, regardless of availability, for any nights after June 1st.

Annual Bill Cote Memorial Golf Tournament - View Details!

***New this year, ASA, in partnership with our golf sponsor Allflight Corporation, will donate a portion of the golf proceeds to the Air Charity Network! The ASA 2012 golf tournament will be held at The Golf Club at Newcastle and is open to attendees, customers, and even local companies that may not be able to attend the full conference. This networking event is dedicated to a friend of the Association and industry that passed away in 2006. Also new this year is our "Sponsor-A-Hole" feature, which allows participants to have signage with their company's logo at one or more holes at the course. We already have three hole sponsors! The tour registration is at capacity, a waitlist is now in effect. There will be no guarantee of inclusion on the tour should you be on the waitlist, but ASA will let you know immediately should there be a cancellation and a slot opens up. If you are registered for the tour and must cancel, please be courteous and let ASA know.

As a part of the sessions offered in the AFRA program you'll find the very popular Valuation Panel, which provides an outlook regarding retiring aircraft values by leasing and appraisal experts. ASA is pleased to be co-located with the Aircraft Fleet Recycling Association (AFRA) 2012 Annual Meeting and we're excited for attendees to have the opportunity to gain industry knowledge that may be relevant to different aspects of their business. Attendees will be able to enjoy events, sessions, and networking between both groups at no additional cost.
