This year's MRO Americas Conference & Exhibition is being held in Phoenix, AZ April 20-22.  ASA will be exhibiting at

Phoenix Regulatory Workshop Day Before MRO Begins
In addition to exhibiting, ASA is also holding a Regulatory Workshop the day before MRO begins.  Held at the Hyatt Regency Phoenix, this April 19 workshop will discuss SUPs, Hazmat issues, the new changes to Order 8130.21, and much more.  ASA Members only pay $150 per person!  To register for the workshop, please visit our website.  If you'll be attending MRO, consider this workshop!


ASA 2010 Conference Keynote Speaker Announced
ASA is proud to announce that this year's ASA Conference Keynote Speaker is Dale Wilkinson, Vice President of Material Management at Boeing Commercial Aviation Services. Dale has been in the industry for 28 years, and prior to working for Boeing Commercial Aviation Services he was with Northwest Airlines.  Dale understands customer service and product support.


Edward J. Glueckler Award Nominations
It's that time again!  With the ASA 2010 Conference nearing, ASA will begin to accept nominations for this year's Edward J. Glueckler Award.  Each year, the Edward J. Glueckler Award is given to an individual in recognition of outstanding commitment, dedication and contribution to the Aviation Suppliers Association and to the aviation industry. The award is named for Edward J. Glueckler, the founder and first President of ASA. In honor of Mr. Glueckler's outstanding contributions to the industry, the ASA Board of Directors selects a recipient who exemplifies his vision and enthusiasm.

This award will be presented at the ASA 2010 Annual Conference in Las Vegas. Nominations are due April 12, 2010.  Submit your nomination by clicking here.



ASA Member L.J. Walch Co., Inc. Receives Boeing Performance Award
L.J. Walch Co., Inc. has received the 2009 Boeing Performance Excellence Award, awarded annually to recognize suppliers who achieve superior performance.  Read L.J. Walch Co., Inc.'s full press release here.
