ASA 2012 - Golf Tournament

The ASA Annual Golf Outing will take place on Saturday, June 23, 2012.

The Bill Cote Memorial Golf Tournament will be held at The Golf Club at Newcastle - China Creek Course. The Tournament over the last few years has been dedicated to a great friend of ASA and the industry, Bill Cote, who passed away in November 2006. An integral part of ASA and the aviation industry, Bill retired from Volvo Aero Services in 2006. "SPONSOR A HOLE" and receive visibility during the tournament and a complimentary golfer(s). In memory of Bill Cote, ASA will donate a portion of all golf related sponsorship to the Air Charity Network.

Shuttle: Golfers will meet in the hotel lobby at 6:00 am in order to load and prep for departure.

Golf Club Rentals: Please confirm with ASA if you need to rent golf clubs (attendee is responsible for $50 rental fee).

Location: The Golf Club at Newcastle - China Creek Course

Event Time: 6:15 AM - 2:30 PM (includes transportation times - subject to change)

Outing Start Time: 7:30 AM (subject to change)

Breakfast and lunch will be provided at the course for all registered golfers. Golf awards will be preseted at the Monday Banquet Dinner.

Transportation:

Transportation to and from the golf course will be provided. Golfers will meet in the hotel lobby prior to departure. ASA will send an email to all golfers to confirm meeting and departure times. Golfers that wish to drive themselves, must arrive at the course prior to the start of the event.

Meals:

Complimentary breakfast and lunch will be provided for all golfers. An awards ceremony will take place during the Monday Banquet Dinenr.

Cancellation Policy:

There will be no refunds for golf tournament cancellations. In the event of inclement weather, a percentage of the golf fee will be refunded.
