Alitheon® was launched in 2017 by some really smart people with tremendous real-world experience combining advanced mathematics and machine vision. The goal was to tackle the real $3T problem of counterfeit goods, untraceable items, and poor identification of physical products.

The first chapter of our story , called Something from Nothing, was about creating the technology and proving to ourselves that it worked. With many a mistake along the way and more than a few proverbial rabbit holes, we were ready to move on to our next chapter – Going to Market. We are now providing our amazing FeaturePrint solution to customers, enabling them to do things they could only imagine before. Today, with 50 issued patents, Alitheon is leading the innovation and disrupting this industry.

    Trace your supply Chain

FeaturePrint enables you to trace and authenticate your individual items wherever they go and along the way. On the assembly line or in the marketplace, track and trace the one in the millions and know with certainty, that they are not being swapped, changed, or faked along the way.

    • Eliminate Counterfeits
    • Avoid Gray Markets
    • Trace your items
    • Stop Human Error

Founded in Memphis, Tennessee in May 1979, Inventory Locator Service (ILS) revolutionized the aviation aftermarket by matching suppliers and buyers of aviation aftermarket parts, creating the first marketplace of its kind. Over time, we added repair services as well as parts for defense and general aviation industries to our portfolio. In 1999 ILS moved to an online marketplace and continued its global expansion, catering to buyers and sellers across the world while giving airlines, MROs, and suppliers far greater visibility into aftermarket parts availability. ILS offered a massive time and efficiency advantage compared to the tedious manual search methods of the past. Today, ILS combines cutting-edge digital technology and eCommerce transaction capabilities with deep aviation domain knowledge. Customers benefit from AI (artificial intelligence) and ML (machine learning) capabilities applied within relevant industry contexts by seasoned professionals. As a part of CAMP Systems (owned by Hearst) which acquired ILS in 2019 from Boeing, it is part of a rich aviation software and services eco-system comprising airframe and engine health management systems, ERPs, and GA/BA services including a trip logistics marketplace.
