Illegal Use of Logo

The ASA Member Logo is recognized by airlines worldwide as a symbol of quality parts and materials. All ASA members are eligible to use the ASA member logo on their Web sites, stationary and other printed materials. In order to use the logo, a company must be a member of ASA in good standing and must complete the  Member Logo License Agreement.

Occasionally, ASA learns of companies that are using the logo without permission. This is a violation of ASA's trademark, and it diminishes the quality of the ASA Member Logo for those companies that are using it properly. ASA supports the trademark of its logo and shall enforce its rights under law regarding any unauthorized use of its logo. Notices of Infringement on this trademark are listed below.

As of January 1, 2010, all ASA Members renewing in the 2010 calendar year will receive a new membership certificate with a printed expiration date.  Renewing members will receive new certificates each year after renewal.
