About Michele
Michele Dickstein is the President of the Aviation Suppliers Association and has been affiliated with ASA since November 1994. As President of the Association, she serves as an ex officio member of the Board of Directors. Michele is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Aviation Suppliers Association. Michele is an attorney admitted to practice in Maryland and New Jersey.

About Jason
Jason represents ASA's interests before the government and he also provides advice and counsel to ASA members. As President of the Washington Aviation Group, and the Law Offices of Jason A. Dickstein, he provides advice and counsel on a wide variety of matters affecting the industry. He has counseled and represented distributors, repair stations, air carriers, and manufacturers. He is admitted to practice law before the courts of New York, Virginia, Washington DC, several Federal Courts throughout the United States, and before the United States Supreme Court.

About Stephanie
Stephanie Brown has been with the Aviation Suppliers Association for three years. Initially working in an administrative capacity, she quickly became involved with the ASA Accreditation Program and the Quality Assurance Committee. As the Program Coordinator, Stephanie manages the ASAAP and QA Committee. She is committed to maintaining a partnership in safety with ASA auditors and the ASA-100 accredited companies. As a native Michigander, Stephanie received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan. She also holds a Masters in Education from Howard University.

About Erika
Erika Schnure has been with the Aviation Suppliers Association since June 2008. Erika came to us with several years of experience in the non-profit world, as well as a background in event planning. As Programs & Membership Assistant, Erika manages the new member approval process, handles member inquiries, and also assists with the ASAAP program. She also plays an integral role in planning the annual conference. Originally from the Chicago area, Erika graduated from George Washington University in Washington, DC with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Art History.

About Richard
Prior to joining ASA as a full time auditor in January of 2001, Richard spent seven years as a QA/Regulatory Compliance Auditor while with America West Airlines. Since earning his Airframe and Powerplant Certificate in 1965 Richard has held management positions in aircraft maintenance, quality control and quality system auditing for several other major Aviations including Trans World Aviations and Hughes Air West. He also spent four years in the Middle East working as a Maintenance Supervisor, Inspector and Relief Manager for Saudi Arabian Aviations. In addition to his A&P Certificate, Richard held Case level III 1A/3A auditor authorizations, and holds a Private Pilot Certificate.
